📩 How to Request a Replacement
If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. Unboxing video (showing the product being opened from the sealed package)
3. Clear photos and videos of the damaged or defective part of the product

Without proper video and photo evidence, we will not be able to process the replacement request.

After successful verification, your replacement product will be shipped within 7 business days (1 week) at no additional cost.
