3. Intellectual Property Rights

FITTANOVA respects trademark, copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights. Sellers are prohibited from listing products that infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Brand Complaint and Takedown Policy

• Remove or suspend the relevant listing immediately.
• Request authenticity documents or supporting information from the seller.
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the seller's account.
• Cooperate with applicable authorities when required by law.

5. Repeat Infringement Policy

Sellers who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws may have their accounts permanently suspended or terminated without prior notice.

6. Payment Partners and Banking Compliance

FITTANOVA complies with the requirements and policies of banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. In the event of complaints, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or legal notices, FITTANOVA may take appropriate action, including restricting transactions or suspending accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

FITTANOVA shall not be held liable for the authenticity, legality, quality, performance, warranties, or representations of products offered by third-party sellers. Any disputes regarding products shall primarily remain the responsibility of the respective seller.

8. Right to Remove Listings

FITTANOVA reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to remove any product listing, restrict seller activity, suspend accounts, or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if deemed necessary for legal, regulatory, security, or business reasons.

9. Compliance With Laws

All sellers are required to comply with applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, intellectual property laws, tax laws, and e-commerce regulations.

10. Indemnification

By using the platform, sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless FITTANOVA, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising out of the seller's products, conduct, or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
