Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may enter processing or production, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

After Processing Begins

Once an order has been processed, customized, or production has started, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
